Researching with Scite AI In-Person / Online

Scite is a generative AI tool designed to make the research process more effective by assisting with discovering and evaluating sources. Unlike ChatGPT and Claude, its responses are grounded in scholarly literature, including paywalled content not available to general AI chatbots. This workshop will provide an overview of how Scite works, demonstrations of its key features, and a review of its strengths, limitations, and ethical considerations surrounding its use. Light snacks will be provided.
