Directions on Booking Library Spaces
How to Book a Library Conference Room or Study Room:
To book spaces, a valid @mst.edu email is required. Please contact the library at email@example.com if you do not have an email address which meets these requirements.
1. Select the space/room you would like to book.
2. Pick the date, then select times (up to 3 hour blocks).
3. Select Continue to complete and submit the booking form.
Note: Study and Conference rooms will be held for 15 minutes after the start of a group reservation time. If the key is not picked up by 15 minutes after the start time, the reservation may be canceled if the room is needed.
