Our Meeting and Study spaces are designed to support a variety of needs. These spaces include conference rooms as well as group and individual study rooms:
First-Come, First-Served Spaces:
- Rooms 303-310 and 318-324 are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- There is no need to reserve these room as long as they are not occupied.
Reservable Spaces:
- Large Conference Rooms 202 and 203 contain seating for 20 and are equipped with a large format monitor on one wall connected to a networked Windows computer with Single Sign On requirements. The installed 360° camera and microphone system make these rooms ideal for web conferencing.
- Medium Conference Rooms 302 and 311 contain 1 table, 8 chairs, a wall mounted white board, a large screen monitor and a Clickshare receiver. The Clickshare buttons and remote can be checked out at the circulation desk and used for screen casting or sharing your laptop screen on the monitor in the room.
- Study Rooms 312 and 313 contain one table, 4 chairs and one white board mounted on the wall. These rooms are ideal for small group study.
- Small Meeting Rooms 325, 326, 327, and 328 contain one table, 4 chairs, one white board wall, a large screen monitor, and a Clickshare receiver. The Clickshare buttons and remote can be checked out at the circulation desk. They are used for screen casting or sharing your laptop screen on the monitor in the room.
Additional Information:
- Reservations are required for all reservable spaces.
- You must have a valid University login and email address to access the equipment and software.
- Studios are available for up to 3 hours per day.
- All rooms are open during regular Library hours.
- Meeting rooms will be held for 15 minutes after the start of the reservation time. If the key is not picked up by 15 minutes after the start time, the reservation may be canceled.

The library provides reservable equipment for checkout including:
- digital projectors
- projection screens
- folding tables
- portable signage.

The Nonavitra Visualization Wall was engineered and constructed by the S&T Research Support Services in 2014 and upgraded in 2021. The four displays are thin, energy-efficient flat-screen monitors that meet the high resolution requirements of users needing high definition and large screens to display content.
- The Nonavitra Visualization Wall is driven by a single Windows computer with Single Sign On requirements.

Our Multimedia Studios include a podcast production studio and a video production studio. These spaces support the creation of podcasts, music recordings, video presentations, and other types of multimedia research and creative activity.
- The GreenScreen Studio is used for vido production.
- The Podcast Studio is used for audio production.
