This year is the 80th Anniversary of the invasion of Normandy, France on June 6th, 1944, during the Second World War.  To raise public awareness of this most pivotal event, the D-Day-Omaha Beach exhibit was conceived.  The exhibit is designed to reach young and old alike with a visually stunning remembrance dedicated to the history of D-Day and those who heroically served their nation.  The exhibit is open during library operating hours.
