Even When We Sleep: Poetry Reading by Marilyn Kallet In-Person
Dr. Kallet will be reading from her book "Even When We Sleep" and other poems, some of which address anti-Semitism at home and abroad. Dr. Kallet served two terms as Knoxville Poet Laureate, June 27, 2018-July 2020. She taught at the University of Tennessee for 37 years and has also hosted poetry workshops and residencies for the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, in Auvillar, France, from 2009-2018. This event is co-sponsored by the Missouri S&T Center for Arts and Innovation.
Registration is not required but is encouraged!
